JOE BIDEN ISN'T RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT!!!!!! Whew, calm down, this is crazy news. So, Joe Biden isn't running for president! Well, have fun Hillary Clinton. Really though, this is crazy; Joe Biden could've saved the democratic campaign, and he didn't! Yes! Oh thank goodness. The democrats campaign for a candidate as president?
